1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping:
- Economy Shipping: $2.99 - Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.
International Shipping:
- DHL Express International Shipping: Calculated at checkout - Estimated delivery time: Calculated at checkout.
- First Class Package International: Calculated at checkout - Estimated delivery time: Calculated at checkout.
- Priority Mail Express International: Calculated at checkout - Estimated delivery time: Calculated at checkout.
- Priority Mail International: Calculated at checkout - Estimated delivery time: Calculated at checkout.
Note: Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Tree Pals ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that certain shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Tree Pals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
6. Damages
Tree Pals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
